The Devv Trends Online shop ships worldwide, and shipping is complimentary for all orders within Australia above $120.
Sign-up Free Shipping Offer is only valid for Australian and New Zealand Shipping addresses. No refunds on shipping will be applied after an order is dispatched.
We use Express and Standard Delivery options via Australia Post.
We offer a free standard delivery service to all Australian customers that spend over $120 AUD in one order. Please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery of an order (please allow an extra day or two for regional areas).
Once dispatched, you can use your tracking number to view updates on your order’s progress.
During peak times, e.g. during online outlet, orders may be subject to an additional delay or 1-2 days
Same day shipping is available on weekdays excluding public holidays. Orders must be made before noon. Orders made after noon will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to most locations in the world.
We currently offer free shipping* on all orders to New Zealand that are $150 AUD or more in total, before shipping costs have been added. Please see our terms and conditions page for full T&Cs.

Returns
We offer a full refund for every purchase made ONLINE unless it’s marked “FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS”. Items marked as FINAL SALE are only eligible for a refund if deemed faulty. FINAL SALE items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item pending availability of the desired size. Return shipping will not be covered by Devv Trends.
Please note there is no refund on shipping charges unless the item was faulty. Import charges and fees are non-refundable, not the liability of Devv Trends and are at the discretion of import authorities.
Conditions for returns:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from receiving the purchase.
- Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- The original invoice/order confirmation is to be provided as proof of purchase.
Carla Zampatti reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.
Please note that Nique is unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the return.

Return via post
We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Devv Trends will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.
| Returns can be sent to the Devv Trends head office: 1. Read the Devv Trends Returns policy to check if your item is eligible for return. 2. Pack all merchandise including the paperwork received with your order. Fill in the return form that was enclosed or simply include a note mentioning your choice between exchange (please indicate for which size) or refund. 3. Please ship the item/s to: DEVV TRENDS 4. Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund/exchange will be processed. You will receive a notification when this occurs. 5. For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days from the day we have processed this, for the funds to be deposited into your account. Please note we process all returns as quickly as we can but during busy sale times delays might occur. We thank you for your patience.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES
If you require alterations to your order or have incorrectly ordered an item or an incorrect size, please contact customer care immediately so that we can rectify the issue before your order is packed and sent to you.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Sometimes our online stock levels may not reflect our inventory, and though this is a rare occurrence, this may mean that items may not be available at the time of purchase.
In the event of this happening, our customer care team will be in touch with you immediately to issue a full refund or find a suitable replacement.

All pricing on the Devv Trends online store is made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
